Despite repeated follow-ups, they are neither addressing my issues nor providing any workable solution. In fact, they are making simple matters unnecessarily complicated, which is directly impacting my hotel business performance and guest satisfaction. I have tried to communicate and resolve issues in a cooperative manner, but their negligence and lack of support are now affecting my listings, visibility, and ultimately, my direct revenue. This kind of behavior from the backend team is extremely disappointing for a hospitality partner who is trying to grow the business with your platform.
