You must provide correct contact details associated with your property to facilitate smooth communication with the guests., It’s important that your contact details are correct and updated. Any change in the existing contact details like phone/mobile number or email ID must be updated instantly. 

 

You may follow the below-mentioned steps to make changes to your contact details: 

Step 1: Login to the Ingommt Extranet- https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/ 

 

Step 2: Under the Dashboard section, click on the 'Property’ tab and choose the 'Contact' option. 

Step 3: You may update your phone/mobile numbers in the 'Hotel Phone' and 'Hotel Mobile' boxes respectively. 

 

Step 4: You may add multiple phone/mobile numbers in the 'Phone List’ box. Do follow the correct format while adding phone numbers.  

 

Step 5: You may update your email ID in the 'Hotel Email' box. This should ideally be the  primary email ID  associated with your property.

 

Step 6: You may also add multiple email ID’s in the 'Email List’ box.Do follow the correct format while adding these.

 

Step 7: Once all updates are done, click on ‘Save & Continue’ to save the changes successfully. 

 

Note: It is not mandatory to add multiple contact details, however,  if your property is managed by a number of staff members, it is advised to provide  multiple email IDs and phone numbers so that all important communication by Ingommt is delivered to all the staff members.
