All the approved images appear on our websites and apps. You can check if any of your property's photos are 'rejected' in a few simple steps. The photos are generally rejected if:

  • Photos have any watermark

  • Photos already exist (duplicate photos)

  • Low Resolution or Blurred Photos

  • Edited or Computerised Photos (Photos should not lose their originality)

  • Photos focusing only on the food should not be uploaded. Photos where food is kept in the restaurant or at the buffet may be approved on the discretion of the moderation team. Indian food or Indian food thali images are acceptable in the case of international hotels only.

Follow the steps below to identify the rejected images along with the reason of rejection:


Step 1: Login to InGo-MMT Extranet:  

Step 2: Click on the 'Property tab and then click on 'Photos.'


Step 3: Click on 'Rejected' tab to see all the rejected photos.


Step 4: Below every photo you can find the reason for rejection.
