Our most frequent and high-spending customers are categorised as MMTBLACK/goTribe members. Currently, only the top 13% of our customers are part of this loyalty programme. The loyalty level of a member is based on the number of bookings and the total amount spent by the member within a year.
- MMTBlack is a two-tier programme including MMTBlack Gold and MMTBlack Platinum members
- goTribe will be a three-tier programme including goTribe Level 1, goTribe Level 2 and goTribe Level 3 members
For eligible customers, the MMTBLACK promotions will be applicable along with any other promotions and coupons. This special discount will not be extended to any other customer cohort.
