Here is a step-by-step guide on how to configure your next Gala Meals using InGo-MMT Extranet. 


Step 1: Login to the Ingommt Extranet- 



 Step 2: Click on the ‘Property’ tab and select ‘Policies’ from the drop-down menu. 



Step 3: Click on ‘Notices’ tab and further click on the ‘+ADD A NOTICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS’ option 


Step 4: Select ‘Gala Meals’ from the drop-down menu.  


Step 5: Configure the required details like Type, Occasion, Type of Meal, Meal Cuisine Options, and Type of Drinks. 

(You can customize Gala Meal plans as per your guidelines of levying mandatory or non-mandatory charges, selecting specific dates, etc. 


Step 6: You can configure price per room  or PAX basis. 

Step 7: Select the dates for which you want to configure the gala meal charges. 

Please Note that if you want to charge gala dinner charges for Christmas Eve, the check-in start date should be 24th December and the check-in end date should be 25th December. 

Similarly, if you want to charge gala dinner charges for New Year's Eve, the check-in start date should be 31st December and the check-in end date should be  1st January. 


Step 8: Lastly, click on ‘Save Changes’ to make gala dinner charges live for travellers.
