You can define Cancellation Policy at a rate plan level in a few simple steps.


Step 1:Login to Ingommt Extranet:  

Step 2: Click on the 'Property’ tab and choose the 'Cancel Rules' section. 


Step 3: Under 'Add New Policy'' section, click on 'Rateplan Level.' (Use toggle button to switch to rateplan level)


Step 4: Choose 'from date' and 'to date' to select the period for which you want to apply the cancellation rules.


Step 5: To apply ‘Free Cancellation,' select either of the three pre-defined templates like ‘Free Cancellation Upto 24 hours’ or ‘Free Cancellation upto 48 hours’ or ‘Free Cancellation upto 72 hours’.
