You can contact your guests using our guest chat feature. The feature allows both the hotelier and guest to initiate the chat.  If this feature is not activated for your property, please get in touch with your Business Development Manager  

You can view the contact details of the guest 3 days prior to the check-in date.and contact the guests. If you have received the booking from MakeMyTrip channel, you can find the guest's email id and contact details on the booking voucher. You can use these details for contacting the guest. 

You may initiate a guest chat following the below-mentioned steps.  


Step 1: Login to the Ingommt Extranet-  


Step 2: Click on ‘Messaging Centre’ and select ‘Guest Messages’. 



Step 4:  Enter the Booking ID or the guest's name and click on ‘Initiate Chat’. 



Make sure you reply to all the guest chats and solve queries instantly. 


You may follow the below-mentioned steps to find the contact details of the guest. 


Step 1: Login to Ingommt Extranet- 


Step 2: Click on the 'Bookings Tab'.



Step 3: Under the 'Customer Details’' section, you can view email id and mobile number of the guest.
