You may initiate a guest chat following the below-mentioned steps.  

Step 1: Login to the Ingommt Extranet- https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/  

Step 2: Click on the ‘Messaging Centre’ and select ‘Guest Messages’. 

Step 4: Enter a Booking ID or the guest's name and click on ‘Initiate Chat’.

Make sure you reply to all the guest chats and solve queries instantly.
