You will be notified about the guest chats through email notifications and via  Ingommt mobile application. Additionally, you will receive reminders about pending chats every three hours.  

You may follow the below-mentioned steps to reply to your guest chats. 

Step 1: Login to the Ingommt Extranet-  


Step 2: Click on the ‘Messaging Centre’ and select ‘Guest Messages’. 


Step 3:  You will see the guest chat window screen where you will find ‘All’ the chats, and you will be easily able to identify pre-booking chats and post-booking chatsYou can also check your unread and Un replied to chats.  


Step 4: Click on any chat to type in your reply and click on enter. You can also share Quicklinks your property’s location, or any relevant house rules. If you have created any pre-defined templates, you may use those.
