Yes, the guests can change the name that they used while creating the booking.The ‘Name Change’ option allows the guests to modify the guest name. This option is useful in cases wherein the person who has made the booking is different from the check-in guest. For instance, if booking is made for someone else like a friend or a family member and the booker doesn't want to have his/her name displayed, he/she can put in the name of the person who will actually check-in and stay at the property.
Guests can request name change of the booking from their mobile application and website till the check-in time. If any guest modifies the name, you will receive an updated voucher with the new name on your Ingommt Extranet and through an email.
