With Ingo-MMT Extranetmodifying and updating bank details has become simple and quick. You may follow the steps given below to update or change bank details of your property 

 

Step 1: Start with logging in to our InGo-MMT Extranet (https://in.goibibo.com/extranet)

Step 2: Click on the ‘Property’ tab on the left side of your screen.This is the tab where you will find all the necessary details related to your property.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Financial and Bank Details’ tab which will redirect you to a page where you can update and review your Finance and Banking details.  Graphical user interface

Step 4: To access the Financial & Bank Details tab, you must verify the OTP which is sent to the email linked with your property or your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Now, tap on ‘Bank details. All your existing Bank details are visible here.

Step 6:To make changes in your Bank Details or update new details, you may start with clicking on Change Bank Details. You can change details such as your Bank Account number, Bank name, IFSC code & your Account type.

Step 7: Once done click on 'SAVE'. 

 

Step 8:Please note that after you click on save, the transaction with your existing bank details will be paused and Go-MMT will not release any future payments to your old bank account unless the new details are verified by our team.  

 
 

Our Quality Check team will validate the details within 72 working hours and update the status of your Bank details from Pending to Verified. Your new Bank details will be used for all financial transactions once it is verified by our Quality check team.   

If updated information is incorrect, for example, in cases where your PAN card details do not match with your new Bank details, or the Bank account number/ IFSC code is incorrect, you will have to provide relevant documents validating that your Bank account, PAN card and GST details all belong to the same individual or entity. You must update the correct details and save the information.
