Yes, if you want to hold off payments from Go-MMT to your account you can simply request for “STOP PAYMENT “option under the Financial and Bank details tab on InGo-MMT Extranet.
You may follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Log in to InGo-MMT Extranet (https://in.goibibo.com/extranet)
Step 2: Click on the ‘Property’ tab on the left side of your screen. You will find all the necessary details related to your property here.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Financial and Bank Details’ tab which will redirect you to a page where you can update and review your Finance and Banking details.
Step 4: To access the Financial & Bank Details Tab, you must verify the OTP sent to the email linked with your property or your registered mobile number.
VERIFCATION THROUGH OTP IS TO ENSURE YOUR PRIVACY.
Step 5: Now click on the Bank details segment. All your existing Bank details are visible here.
Step 6: In order to stop payments to your account simply click on the ‘REQUEST TO STOP PAYMENT’ option and confirm after thoroughly going through the conditions stated.
Important Note: Once you opt for ‘Stop Payment’, Go-MMT will hold all future payments to your existing bank account until new bank details are provided.
