The "Request Review" button is enabled by default for all bookings within the check-in and check-out periods. You can click on the button to send a review request to the guest's email or WhatsApp number, once every 24 hours until check-out.
Here are the quick steps to request a review from your in-stay guests:
Step 1: Login to the Ingo-MMT Extranet Account: https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/
Step 2: Go to your booking list under the Bookings tab.
Step 3: Click on the “Request Review” button against the booking (between the check-in and check-out periods of that booking) to collect reviews from your guest.
The button will then remain in a disabled state as “Review Requested” and will be enabled after 24 hours until checkout.
