Each guest review, irrespective of being a positive or negative review, gets published after passing the moderation check only Normally, we do not delete guest reviews. However, if you strongly feel that any particular review is not genuine,  you may get in touch with your Business Development Manager to raise a request for deletion. You must support your request with valid reasons/clarification. We will then evaluate your request and then take corrective action accordingly.


Along with your request for review removal, you must also share the below-mentioned details with your Business Development Manager:

  • Property Name

  • Property City

  • Guest Name

  • Guest Email Id

  • Guest Booking Id (In HTML Format)

  • Guest Voucher
