You must acknowledge and reply to all the reviews posted by guests irrespective of it being a positive or negative review. You may follow the below-mentioned steps to reply  to guest reviews. 


Step 1: Login to Ingommt Extranet:   


 Step 2- Under the Dashboard section, click on the 'Reviews’ tab.   

 Step 3: Under the ‘Reviews’ section click on 'Not Replied' to find all the reviews you need to reply to.



Step 4: Click on 'Reply Now' and type your reply in the text box given below.


Step 5: You can also mention your 'Name' and 'Designation' in the respective boxes.



Step 6: Click on 'Send.' Next, in the pop-up screen that appears, click on 'Yes' to confirm your submission.
